Joe Kerkhoff of DePere took the win in Mid-American feature race Saturday night at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek.

Kerkhoff came from deep in the field and overcame three yellow flag caution periods to get the win.

Gregg Haese of Two Rivers came home in the second spot followed by Daryl Gerke, Bob Schultz and Rod "Pee Wee" Dart who were third, fourth and fifth respectively.

In the Super Stocks it was Don Wood of Maribel getting the victory over a charging Errol Berry.

Wood, who currently leads the season points and the rookie of the year points at 141 led from the opening flag and never gave up the top spot although Berry was starting to close the gap near the end of the contest but just couldn't overcome the advantage that Wood had built in the early stages of the race.

Josh Sand, Billy "The Kid" Gast and Jimbo Schleis rounded out the top five.

Mini Stock saw John Sekbeil of Sheboygan win the feature event of the night. Senkbeil had had some bad luck recently and had almost completely destroyed his car only two weeks earlier in a crash at 141.

Although there was never a serious challenge for the lead, four cars battled for the second spot for nearly the entire race.

Mark Truckey of Appleton managed to hold off Jason Novak and Dave Gauger who ran high and low right behind him for two-thirds of the race. Paul Ray, who was fast qualifier on the night, rounded out the top five.

A hard fought Hobby feature saw Jason Hendrickson take the top spot just in front of Travis Rodewald and Jesse Behnke.

Henrickson came from a mid-pack starting position and took just eight laps to pass early race leader Brian Rathe when Rathe lost control of his ride and spun on the backstretch.

Travis Rodewald and Jesse Behnke staged a tough battle for the second spot with Rodewald getting the nod.

Andy Cassavant and Jason Rabas rounded out the top five.

The Sport 4 class saw Terry Koenig take the victory over Jesse Scheffer.
