KIELPIKOWSKI NETS 141 SUPER STOCK SERIES WIN

(Francis Creek, WI) July 19 - Green Bay's Lee Kielpikowski passed Maribel's Nathan Wagner for the lead on a lap 7 restart and dodged four cautions to win the 30 lap, Gandrud Chevrolet super stock series feature at 141 Speedway Saturday night.
Mishicot's Josh Sand gave Kielpikowski fits in the final laps, as he was glued to the current points leader's rear bumper right down to the wire. Sand wound up second, followed by Wagner, Pete Kumbalek and Kraig Koehler.
13-year-old Bobbie Yonkee of Machesny Park, IL survived four caution periods and a late race surge from Mondovi's Colin Laursen in the waning laps to win the 25 lap United States Super Truck (USST) series win. Yonkee led all 25 laps en route to the win. Laursen settled for runnerup money, followed by Jeff Babb, series points leader John Wood and Ralph Cottone rounded out the top five finishers.
Kaukauna's Ben Stumpf led wire-to-wire, leading every lap en route to victory in the 25 lap mini stock feature. The race went green-to-checkered without a yellow. Trailing at the checkers were Jason Willadsen, Kevin Peroutka, Kevin Naidl and Eric Turner.
Manitowoc's Ian Fogeltantz fought off a hard charging Mike Blashka of Reedsville nearly the entire race to collect the 25 lap sport four feature win. Two Rivers Tom Polzin passed Jared Anderson of Denmark for the lead on lap 10 and went on to win by a full straightaway in the 25 lap hobby stock feature.
Next Saturday, July 26 Stock's Harley Davidson will sponsor the night's activities. A bike ride will take place around the track. 141 Speedway is located 20 miles south of Green Bay on County Trunk "R" in Whitelaw. For more information call 920 863 3377. The track's website is 141speedway.com.
