EASTER ENDURO KICKS OFF 141 SPEEDWAY RACE SEASON

(Francis Creek, WI) - A four cylinder enduro on Saturday, April 11 at 2 p.m. will officially kick off the 2009 racing season at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek.

The 200 lap event is open to all four cylinder cars that meet the rules, which are available with the pre-entry forms at the track's website 141speedway.com. The cost to pre-enter 7 days prior to the race is $20.00. After that the cost is $30.00. Checks and the completed registration form can be made payable to BruDon Enterprises

The pit area opens at 9 a.m. with registration to follow. The spectator gates will swing open at 1 p.m. with racing beginning at 2 p.m.

Prior to the cars rolling through tech there will be a handful of IMCA northern sportmod drivers who will take to the track in a shakedown session. The locally popular, fenderless division is running ten, sanctioned shows at the quarter-mile, paved oval during the track's 50th Annversary season.

The weekly season at 141 Speedway will kick off on Saturday, May 16 with qualifying at 5:30 p.m. and racing at 7 p.m. For more information on 141 Speedway contact Panure at 920 336 9099 or Conard at 920 905 1112.
