ALEX STUMPF SWEEPS 141 SPEEDWAY GRAND NATIONAL MAIN
(Francis Creek, WI) July 7– Brillion’s Alex Stumpf fought off his brother Ben Stumpf at the line to win the grand national sportsman feature at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek Wednesday night.
Ben Stumpf settled for second, followed by Chilton’s Steve Schneider, Menasha’s TJ Smith and Fox Lake’s Ron Koenig.
Alex Stumpf also won his heat, scoring a sweep for the evening.
The remaining four divisions features were rained out. Fans can turn in their ticket stubs from this show to receive $5.00 off of admission for next Wednesday’s race.
Next Wednesday night, July 14 the WDLMA late models will make their second appearance of the season. More than 30 late models are expected to compete. The show will be sponsored by TA Motorsports/4 Season Lawn Care. Racing gets underway at 7 p.m..
