FAST ED DISTRIBUTORS ON BOARD FOR 141 SPEEDWAY JUNE 29 CLASH
(Francis Creek, WI) - May 7 - A pair of racing distributors valued at more than $300 will be given away to a pair of race winners courtesy of Fast Ed Distributors during the third annual Clash @ The Creek Wednesday, June 29 at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek.
A Stage 1 Distributor will be awarded to the winners of the Sportmod and Street stock features that night, respectively. Fast Ed Distributors is owned by Street stock driver Eddie "The Eagle" Anschutz of Kewaunee. Anschutz has been building his own distributors for 10 years and has been in business for the past two years. "I wanted to give drivers a place locally they could get a distributor at a decent price," said Anschutz, who also serves as a track announcer at area ovals. "When you order out of a magazine and things go wrong you have no support." Anschutz does repairs and upgrades for drivers who may have a distributor of a different brand. "With the help of Extreme Enterprises dyno testing my distributors I was able to find more horsepower," said Anschutz. "They were a huge help in growing my business."
Among Anschutz' satisfied customers include IMCA modified drivers Eugene Gregorich and Evan Madden, IMCA stock car drivers Matt Junio and Troy Muench and IMCA northern sportmod drivers Brad Lautenbach and Kelsy Hayes. Drivers have amassed more than 50 feature wins using Fast Ed Distributors. Anschutz can be reached via email at edanschutzjr@hotmail.com. You can also follow Fast Ed Distributors on Facebook or reach him by phone at 920-304-1771.
The Clash @ The Creek will pay $1,000 to the Modified feature winner. The winner of that race will earn a "Traveling Star" status for the newly-formed Badger Mod Tour which will host events at Wisconsin clay ovals in 2012.
