August 6, 2004; Antigo, Wisconsin; Weather Conditions were perfect for a great night of racing action at the Langlade County Speedway. Before racing began, there was a small remembrance ceremony for the late Bud Lynn. The Lynn family was presented with a plaque for all the work Bud put in at the track ten years ago. The plaque was presented by a close friend of Buds, Jim Fleischman. A handful of Limited Late Models were on hand to pay tribute to Bud Lynn, a four wide salute, which included every car and driver signed into the pit area made their way to the track, with a moment of silence.
The WISSOTA Late Model Feature seen Doug Blashe take the lead, M.J. McBride second and Tim Buhler third. Buhler picked the outside line and went around both McBride and Blashe to take over the lead. McBride took the inside line around Blashe for second as Gordie Seegert would follow taking over third. The caution flag flew and on the restart Buhler jumped back into the lead with Seegert second and McBride third.
