American Speed Association Midwest Tour Announces Informational Meeting Location
ASA Midwest Tour President Tim Olson and VP Steve Einhaus have announced the time and location for the upcoming Informational Meeting for the 2007 racing season. The meeting will be held on Saturday March 17th at the Chula Vista Resort Golf Course Club House, beginning at 4pm.
"We have been in the planning stages for many months now and we are trying to prepare every bit of information possible so we can allow our teams to be ready to go for our first event," stated Steve Einhaus.
Race teams, crew members, media, and more will be able to receive vital information to help them plan for the 2007 racing season. Our series sponsors will be on hand to talk about their relationship with the Midwest Tour and to discuss our show car appearance program. Pete Raskovic and Steve Einhaus will update everyone on the Educational Series program and provide assistance or direction in connecting everyone with a High School near you.
Advantage Marketing will be on hand to help those that need a website designed or autograph cards created. There will be numerous items discussed that will be very helpfull to all of those in attendance. The official hotel of the ASA Midwest Tour will be announced and member information provided.
Chula Vista Hotel has offered a special rate of $109 for rooms that sleep up to six people and includes six free waterpark passes for those that decide to attend with their families. A photo shoot will be held for all registered drivers of the ASA Midwest Tour. Each individual will be required to bring their drivers suit and shoes for the photo shoot. Individual, group, and Touring Star photos will be taken for posters that are being created for each event autograph session.
