ASA Pairs with Wellman Products Group On Midwest Tour

DAYTONA BEACH, FL (March 15, 2007) – The American Speed Association Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by Echo Outdoor Power Equipment is thrilled to announce a partnership with Wellman Products Group for the inaugural season of the Midwest Tour.

The Wellman Products Group name may not register quickly to racers but the names Quarter Master, Tex Racing Enterprises, and Hawk Performance are easily recognized as industry leaders in racing technology. All operate under the Wellman Products Group banner, headquartered in Solon, Ohio.

The Quarter Master Industries, Tex Racing Enterprises, and Hawk Performance divisions of Wellman Products Group will be making their debut at the ASA Midwest Tour inaugural season opener at Elko Speedway April 28, 2007.

They will be awarding the following product to competitors: Tex Racing $100 for first place, $50 for eighth place, and $50 for twelfth place; Hawk Performance $100 for second place, $50 for ninth place, and $50 for fourteenth place; Quarter Master $100 for third place, $50 for tenth place, and $50 for fifteenth place.

All registrants are reminded about the 2007 preseason meeting Saturday March 17 at the Chula Vista Resort Golf Course Club House in Wisconsin Dells beginning at 4pm. Drivers are required to bring driving suit and shoes along for promotional photos.
