Attn All Race Teams:

I just wanted to send out a reminder to all of you on a few items. We are just a few weeks away and I am sure that all of you are scrambling to get everything in order for the opener. Please see the items listed below for your information.

1. Tire Order Forms- Please remember to fax in your tire order form for Elko. A copy of the form is attached to the online Elko Entry Form.

2. Entry forms are due in the office by Monday April 23rd. Late fees will be assessed after the Monday deadline so try to remember to get them in on time.

3. Please remember to fill out your tech sheets and informational pages for the first event. This will save alot of time for you and our tech staff at the first event. Also remember to supply us with your radio frequency information.

4. Fuel- We will have a bulk fuel trailer on-site for each event. If you need a barrel or two of fuel please notify us ahead of time to allow for proper supply. There will be barrels of fuel available on-site to swap out if needed.

5. Transponder mounting location- Please mount all transponders measuring thirteen (13) feet from the nose of the car and mount them on the left rear frame rail.

6. Decal Packages will be available on race day. All decal packages must be in place before qualifying.
