Eilen Nets $3,600 from ASA Midwest Tour Opener

DAYTONA BEACH, FL (May 2, 2007) – Jonathan Eilen’s win in the inaugural event Elko 125 for the American Speed Association Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by Echo Outdoor Power Equipment netted him $3,593 in purse money, Touring Stars rookie bonuses and contingency awards.

Fifty-one of the Nation’s top Super Late Model racers brought their best equipment to try to make it into one of the twenty-eight starting spots in what became a historical event. Fifty-one cars beat the 23-year-standing Late Model record count of 48 cars in an ARTGO event at the Minnesota Fairgrounds.
