Roltek Racing Transmissions announces ASL rookie award
BAILEYS HARBOR, WI -- Roltek Racing Transmissions of Hartland, WI is the first official contingency sponsor announced for the newly organized American Stockcar League (ASL), "Roltek Racing Transmissions is very proud to be involved with the American Stockcar League," said company president Todd Bombaci. "We want to do our part to make sure this series gets off to a sucessful start," he added. The company will present a certificate worth $3,500 to the 2005 ASL rookie of the year at the series banquet Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Leathem Smith Lodge in Sturgeon Bay, WI. The series opener will be Saturday, April 30 at the I-70 Speedway in Odessa, MO. The track is a high banked half-mile paved oval.
A schedule of 10 to 12 paved track races is expected to be announced by late February.
