Beaver Dam Race Track Gets New Name

Historical Track Now Charter Raceway Park

Beaver Dam, Wisconsin -- Charter Communications today announced a new partnership with Wisconsin Motorsports & Entertainment LLC for naming rights to its one-third mile banked oval clay race track located in Beaver Dam.  

This popular race track boasting an average of 130 racers per week with the likes of well known drivers such as Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahn and Kenny Schrader as past racers will now be known as Charter Raceway Park.   

Charter Communications and Wisconsin Motorsports & Entertainment LLC created the partnership to help strengthen the popularity of the track and to highlights Charter’s love of racing. Rex Melius, General Manager for Charter Raceway Park agrees that, “The Partnership between Charter Communications and Charter Raceway Park enhances each other’s opportunities and benefits for drivers and fans alike. We look forward to working with Charter Communications in the promotion of their services, along with their promotion of one of the finest racing facilities in the Midwest”.

Charter Communications feels that the partnership not only emphasize the importance of Motorsports in Wisconsin, but also provides a strong recognition for the company’s support of the community. “This raceway offers great local racing entertainment and has fostered some great racing talent over the years.
