Hello everyone!!

 

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!!!!

 

Here are some of the things that took place at the meeting on January 3, 2005

 

Reading of the letter of penalties sent to Terry Van Roy for his conduct at the banquet.

 

    Consisted of:

 

    1. Denying membership to Terry Van Roy for the 2005 racing season

    2. Terry Van Roy is not eligible for any CCRA benefits as a driver in the 2005 season

    3. Any car that Terry Van Roy drives in 2005 will not be eligible for any CCRA benefits for the entire 2005 season

 

Terry discussed his punishment

 

Randy wants to know if there are any drivers interested in having the races taped every night.  He is going to look into it some more for lower prices on the tapes.

 

Andy Fuhrmann was named to replace Terry Van Roy on the rules committee

 

There will be a review of every employee at the track.  We are accepting applications for the following positions.

 

Scoring/Tower positions

Pit Shack

Flagman

Ticket takers/Sellers

Bartenders

Inspectors

Announcers

Track Line up

Track Prep

Memberships are now being sold at each general meeting.  They will be sold before and after each meeting.  They will not be sold during the meeting.

 

I (Jen) will be at Kloten by 6:30 on the nights of the meetings to take memberships.

 

If you don't buy a membership the rule books will cost $5.00.  If you buy a membership you will get one for free.
