FRRC's first off-season meeting will be this upcoming Monday night, 9/22/08 at 7pm. (4th Monday of the month...just like usual)
The agenda for this meeting will be HEAVILY weighted towards planning for a successful year end awards banquet. We will need volunteers for several things for this year's banquet, as well as sponsors for trophies and bubbly. More banquet details will be announced on Monday. The date for the banquet is Saturday, 10/18/08.
There are some rule brainstorming meetings starting to take place this week away from the darboy club in certain classes, but recommendations will NOT be discussed at the September meeting, mainly because we technically only have 1/2 of the official officers for next year thus far.
At the October meeting, we will field divisional recommendations for changes, etc AFTER we swear in the new officers. We will do the voting, etc right at the beginning of the October meeting.
