Well the wet weather has taken its' toll on 1/2 of the scheduled doubleheader IRA weekend of Aug. 24-25, as Friday's event at the Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie has fallen victim to all the wet weather. HOWEVER Saturday's race at Rice Lake Speedway is most definitely still on. Rice Lake being just an hour north of where most of the rain has fallen has made a huge difference, infact the Wissota Late Model Challenge Series competed at Rice Lake just last night.
 
So again, Red Cedar is cancelled and won't be rescheduled this year, though we look forward to returning on our traditional date in 2008. Rice Lake IS ON,  last year's inaugural visit to the banked third-mile was a favorite of many.  For up to date scheduleing information, please visit our website at www.irasprints.com.
