KAUKAUNA, WI -- The season opener for the Yellow Book USA Midwest AllStar Racing Series late model stock cars will be Sunday afternoon, May 18 at Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna. A record $4,000 possible to win has been posted for the race, including winnings for the 100-lap feature race, 6-lap Jim Pagel Memorial Dash and lap leader award.

The late models will also contest two 15-lap last chance qualifying races and a 25-lap B main on the D-shaped paved half-mile track. The Yellow Book USA Mid-Am Super Trucks and FRRC Limited Late Models will both run 30-lap feature races on the half-mile also with preliminary races. Rounding out the program will be a 15-lap figure 8 race on an inner quarter-mile course.Qualifying begins at 11:30 a.m. with racing at 1 p.m.
