(Plymouth) Another great night for racing at Plymouth Dirt Track this past Saturday night under the Sheboygan County Fairground lights.
Leroy Ostrowski of Milwaukee and Brian Portschy of Oostburg started on the front row of the 25 lap A-main feature race for the Sprint cars. Portschy took a commanding lead after a handful of laps, which was gradually be erased by Wayne Modjeski, who is racing in Kurt Davis's No. 6k this weekend as Kurt was injured in car accident Saturday morning. The caution came out at lap 19, but as the green flag dropped again, Portschy kept his car to the point for the win. It is his first feature win this season. Points leader Travis Luedke was in second, who missed the A-main last weekend followed Portschy to the line to finish second.
