Shawano, WI (June 12, 2010) -. After working all day to get the track in racing condition because of all the rain during the previous few days Shawano Speedway got its racing program underway as scheduled Saturday night. But rain showers during the IMCA Modified heat races put an early end to the program.

It was the second week in a row the Speedway was forced to cancel its racing program, and the fourth time this race season. The Speedway will resume its season on Saturday, June 19, with the racing action getting underway at 6 p.m.
