Re: “Partners for a Purpose” Variety – The Children’s Charity of Wisconsin Teams Up With Loch-Lagina Motorsports for the 2005 Race Season

Joe Natoli, Executive Director of Variety – The Children’s Charity of Wisconsin and Jim Lagina , co-owner of Loch-Lagina Motorsports announce a partnership that will enhance visibility and awareness of Variety. Throughout the 2005 race season, supporters and race fans will have an opportunity to raise money for Variety through a series of special events.

Variety – The Children’s Charity recipients and families will be invited to participate in special event nights at several race tracks around Wisconsin and have the opportunity to support Variety’s efforts at a number of events throughout the year including at the Wisconsin State Fair and annual 10-day fun of the “Racing Pigs”. In addition, driver Rich Loch will help raise money with the Variety through pledges made for laps completed during races throughout the 2005 Race Season.

Joe Natoli stated, “The Board of Directors and I feel we could not have teamed up with a better professional locally run race team and driver. From the first day I stepped into their race shop...it was clear the passion for racing and winning races for a reason was evident. Our organization is ecstatic to go racing with our folks and ride along with the car #55 and the Loch-Lagina Team.”

Variety’s mission is to provide life saving and enriching assistance to children challenged by physical and mental disabilities, poverty, abuse and neglect. Several organizations Variety supports include, but are not limited to: Penfield Children’s Center; Very Special Arts; La Casa de Esperanza; Rawhide Boys Ranch; and the Variety Orthopedic Clinic at Children’s Hospital. Since the age of 11, Rich Loch has been competitively racing karts, modifieds and late models and in 2004, competed on the ASA National Tour. This past year alone, Rich Loch raced at Lowe’s Motor Speedway (Charlotte, NC), Atlanta Motor Speedway, The Milwaukee Mile and Kentucky Motor Speedway to name a few. Rich has given sponsors plenty to cheer about and is a real fan-favorite.

Loch-Lagina Motorsports grew out of a joint passion for auto racing between Rich Loch as driver and Rick Loch and Jim Lagina as team sponsors. Through racing, Jim saw the opportunity to help Rich expand his race program and provide marketing partners with increased awareness of their products and services.

We hope to provide race fans, both seasoned and novice, with a unique experience following driver Rich Loch and the Loch-Lagina Motorsports Team in 2005. Visit our website @ www.richloch.com .
