Happy Memorial Day Race Fans, Here are some results from the past week or so....

 

Saturday, May 19th, 2007
Norway Speedway - 1/3 Mile Oval - (Norway, MI)

Dash - Started 6th - Finished 4th

 

The Monday Motorsports team picked up our first fast time of 2007 and won our very first late model feature event!  Everyone was very excited, we started deep in the pack and gradually worked our way to the front.  Feels good to finally win the big one!

Car on display in Appleton at Hooter's from 11am - 2:30pm.  Met w/ several fans and signed autographs

Wisconsin Challenge Series

Golden Sands Speedway - 1/3 Mile Oval - (Plover, WI)

100-Lap Feature - Started 12th - Finished 10th

 

The Monday Motorsports crew had a perfect setup for time trials, as we nabbed our 2nd fast time of 2007 and 25th overall.  Everyone was very pumped as this has been one track we have struggled at historically.  We got caught on the outside early in the race, car was too tight on the high side.  Slid back to 16th, battled back up to get a top 10 finish.  Today was a solid showing and should move us up into 4th place in Wisconsin Challenge Series Points!
