THIRD TIME’S A CHARM FOR THUNDERHILL
May 8, 2008; Sturgeon Bay, WI – After rainfall canceled the scheduled races the past two Saturday evenings at the Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway, Mother Nature seems like it will cooperate this weekend.
Racing will get underway this Saturday, May 10th at 6 p.m. The weekly programs will consist of the IMCA modifieds, stock cars, hobby stocks, sport mods, street stocks and 4 cylinders.
The night is sponsored by Maas Floral of Sturgeon Bay along with WDOR 93.9 and Wulf Brothers. The first 300 mothers will receive a carnation courtesy of Maas Floral.
Drivers are advised to arrive early to the track, as the sign-in process for opening night takes the longest amount of time.
For more information, call Woody at (920) 743-7052. The track is located at the John Miles Fair Park in Sturgeon Bay. The website is www.racethunderhill.com.
