* The top 14 qualifiers, top two in Yellow Book USA MARS Points, and the top three from each last chance race will start the first 50 lap feature.
* Four tires will be marked and be used throughout the program. Those replacing tires will start at the rear with approved replacement tires. No soaking.
* The final car completing 50 laps in the first 50 lap feature will start on the pole of the second 50 lap feature followed by all those on the lead lap. (Dice roll will determine starting order of 2nd 50 lap feature)
* Those one or more laps down will then lineup in their finishing order behind te car thats finished on the lead lap of the first 50. Dice roll will determine 2nd race start order. B Main transfers must forfeit $220 last place money from winnings.
* The fast qualifier will receive a Joe Shear Memorial Plaque and the top 5 qualifiers will receive Red, White and Blue Series Championship Points.
* To earn points in the Yellow Book USA MARS Series you must be a paid member.
* All drivers must purchase at least 8 gallons of Turbo Blue racing fuel at the track from Dale Gas & Oil in order to compete.
Turbo Blue is the official fuel of WIR and is a major point fund sponsor for the Midwest All-star Racing Series (MARS).
